Bridal Specialist
Role Overview
The Bridal Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized client experience while driving sales performance, with a particular focus on Bridal and Couture. This role acts as a brand ambassador, building long-term client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of bridal appointments, fittings, and bespoke services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver a luxury, appointment-driven client experience, particularly within Bridal and Couture
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Proactively manage client outreach and follow-up, including appointments, fittings, and after-sales service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, with a strong focus on high-value transactions and maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators,
Bridal & Couture Focus
- Act as a specialist in Bridal and Couture collections, with deep product knowledge
- Represent the Vivienne Westwood Brand to the highest standards in all daily activities,
- Coordinate and manage bridal appointments, fittings, and alterations, ensuring a seamless client journey
- Liaise closely with internal Bridal/Couture teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise with an emphasis but not confined to Bridal & Couture,
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and order tracking
- Handle POS transactions, including returns, exchanges, and overrides, in line with company policy
- Maintain high standards of bridal showroom presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures
- Ensure all customers’ orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures,
- Act as a point of escalation for client queries in the absence of management
- Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required,
- Ensure good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times,
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional store environment
- Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems to support relationship building
- Drive client retention and outreach initiatives, including events and private appointments
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Assist in monthly and annual stock audit
- Complete any other tasks outlined by the store management.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to Bridal, Couture, or made-to-order environments
- Strong clientele and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS and CRM systems
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
