Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Junior Image Retoucher to join the Ecommerce Team in the Merton Office on a Full time basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform art working and image editing of photography to the highest standards. Adhering to quality control guidelines and feedback working on still life and model images.
Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite and Capture One softwares.
Work across a broad range of images and categories during ecommerce seasonal uploads and wholesale selling season (JOOR) to meet upload targets.
Retouch a high volume of images, to include batch processing, resizing and cropping within the agreed timeline, with a key focus on still life and colour matching.
Established technical ability pertaining to invisible mannequins, model, product and jewellery.images.
Quality control on editing and colour checking/matching images with garments/products to ensure consistent colour accuracy.
Maintain and organise personal retouch workload and checklist priorities, ensuring assets are submitted onto the VW dropbox ready for approval from the Senior Retouchers or Image and Content Coordinator.
Ensure a consistent and open communication is maintained with the Senior Retouchers, Image and Content Coordinator or Ecom Studio Operations Manager in order to feedback on any delays or changes to delivery schedule/deadline.
PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
2 years’ experience minimum within retouch/ edit field. A strong portfolio of creative work.
Able to attend our SW19 office at least 3 times a week.
Excellent Photoshop knowledge and a strong understanding of colour spaces and Mac systems.
Advanced knowledge retouching specifically on still life, mannequin, and model.
Composite retouch experience.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate.
Problem solving and decision-making skills – Solution focused.
Ability to multitask, manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude to problem solving and improving systems.
The capability to perform under pressure.
Experience in an ecommerce setting is preferred.
Commercially astute.
